The New York Giants will sign free-agent safety Jeromy Miles, per a report from ESPN NFL insider Adam Caplan. The 27-year-old Miles, a five-year NFL veteran, will immediately become the most experiences safety on the Giants roster.
Miles, 6-foot-2, 215 pounds, has played in 67 NFL games with just three starts. He spent the first three seasons of his career with the Cincinnati Bengals and spent the last two seasons with the Baltimore Ravens. Current Giants defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo is familiar with MIles, having been in Baltimore the past two seasons.
