Jayron Hosley up, Larry Donnell down in Giants' loss

PHILADELPHIA -- A look at New York Giants players who were "up" and those who were "down" in Monday Night's 27-7 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles:

Jayron Hosley: Pressed into starting cornerback duty due to the injury to Prince Amukamara, Hosley picked up one of the Giants' three interceptions and held up well in coverage. A player who was nearly cut in camp last year and was benched for the final month of 2014 for performance reasons, Hosley has blossomed a bit under new defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, who identified him as better suited to play on the outside and has worked to develop his strengths.
