People. Take. Notice. Of. These. Things.
There’s a reason the culture is broken and why the team lacks an identity.
Because everyone continues to be scapegoated and thrown to the wolves when it comes to the Giants’ failures.
Except for Eli Manning.
Obviously, Manning’s character is something any franchise would appreciate from their quarterback.
But he’s 35-54 as a starter since 2013 and just 5-19 over the past two seasons with a QBR south of 50 since 2016.
And yet, he’s still the starting quarterback.
While Manning continues to be given a free pass because of his Super Bowl success (and professionalism), team owner John Mara has no problem blaming and forgetting about others who helped his team reach the pinnacle of success.
