There's a real chance the New York Giants come away with a new head coach come January. Interim head coach Mike Kafka has done an admirable job since taking over for Brian Daboll, but ownership might look to completely overhaul the staff, Kafka included, if things don't turn around yesterday.
One staff member has already been made safe... at least, for now. General manager Joe Schoen was kept on, as Giants brass believes he's done a good job assembling a talented group of young players. They believe the root cause of the issues stems from a lack of player development and poor coaching.
