WAYNE -- Giants quarterback Eli Manning is entering his 14th NFL season, but he's never had a teammate do what new wide receiver Brandon Marshall did on Monday.
"He sent me a text yesterday and said, 'Hey, can we get on FaceTime and keep going over some of these signals, I don't want to forget everything that I've learned in the past two months,'" Manning said on Tuesday during an appearance with Marshall on behalf of the Gatorade Beat the Heat program at a 7-on-7 tournament at Wayne Valley High. "That's what it's all about, having a guy who has a passion and a desire to get better, to keep learning the game of football, to keep having something to prove and we're both in that same boat going into Year 12, Year 14.
