Here’s who the Giants have selected with the 11th pick in the past

In the almost 100 year history of the New York Giants they’ve held the 11th overall pick in the NFL Draft twice before. Now the draft did start 11 years after they were founded, but this is still a remarkable stat.

The first time the Giants had the 11th overall pick was in 1952, when they selected USC running back Frank Gifford. Of course that pick turned out pretty good since he is now in the Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The second and last time New York had the 11th pick was in 2000 when they selected Heisman Trophy winner and former Wisconsin running back Ron Dayne.
