Former New York Giants fullback Henry Hynoski is set to become the new head football coach and dean of students at Shamokin Area High School. Shamokin is located in eastern Pennsylvania.
Hynoski will assume both roles in 2018 as long as he gets his master’s degree and teaching certification.
“I’m happy to have Henry. With his character and integrity as a person, he will make a good coach and will be a great addition to our school,” stated Jeff Kashner, the president of the school board.
For now, Hynoski is an intern with the Giants.
