If they hadn’t done so already, the Eagles have probably circled Oct. 19 on their calendars after Giants punter Steve Weatherford fired the latest salvos in the trash-talk heavy rivalry on Friday.
The first of the two Giants-Eagles matchups in 2015 will be a Monday Night Football game in Week 6. Nobody truly knows who the Eagles’ starting quarterback will be that night, or who it will even be at the start of the season, and Weatherford gave brutally honest opinions Friday on Philadelphia’s quarterback situation during the “Boomer and Carton Show” on WFAN.
