Giants training camp will begin July 25

The New York Giants will begin their full training camp on Wed., July 25, head coach Pat Shurmur announced on Thursday as the team ended it’s three-day mandatory mini-camp. Rookies and select veterans will report for work on July 22, getting some extra work before the full squad reports.

The Giants will hold three joint practices in Detroit Tuesday, Aug. 14 through Thursday, Aug. 16 prior to their Friday, Aug. 17 preseason game against the Detroit Lions. No official daily training camp practice schedule has yet been announced, but that likely means there will be fewer practices open to the public at the team’s Quest Diagnostics Training Center this summer.
