NFL Network says the Giants plan to work out veteran left tackle Branden Albert this week - five weeks too late - after Albert left a Seahawks workout without a deal.
The Giants are dead in the water at 0-5, and their offensive line play has been a key component in their struggles. They can't go back and change their record, but they may finally be coming to terms with the line issues.
It's just a workout, but it will be a much-analyzed one.
