Jackson was claimed off waivers from the Cleveland Browns on Oct. 24 when the Giants placed running back Eric Gray on injured reserve. A few days later, the Giants also placed running back Gary Brightwell on IR.
Jackson appeared in one game for the Giants, carrying one time for 2 yards against the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 9.
