WAYNE -- It wasn't particularly hot at West Valley High on Tuesday morning as Giants quarterback Eli Manning and wide receiver Brandon Marshall spoke about the importance of hydration to high school football players. Despite the mild temperature, Manning and Marshall still drove home their message as part of Gatorade's Beat the Heat program before a 7-on-7 tournament.
"You get into the summer months - today's not really a hot day - but we'll have hot days," Manning said. "Just the importance of your health, staying hydrated, also the benefits of getting better performance and staying hydrated.
