Daniel Jones’ Saturday night comments left some room for interpretation as to whether or not the quarterback really wanted to return to the New York Giants for the 2023 season and perhaps beyond.
In the immediate aftermath of Saturday’s season-ending loss to the Philadelphia Eagles Jones said this of his future in New York:
“We’ll cross that bridge when we get there. I’ve really enjoyed playing here. I appreciate all those guys in the locker room. It’s a special group of guys. And I really enjoyed being a part of it.
