Giants-Packers final score: New York beaten by Green Bay, 23-16

The New York Giants lost their third straight game Sunday night, falling to the Green Bay Packers, 23-9. The Giants are 2-3 and in last place in the NFC East. The Packers are 3-1.

The Giants failed to take advantage of a Green Bay secondary that was missing both of its starting cornerbacks, Damarious Randall (groin) and Sam Shields (concussion). Eli Manning completed only 18-of-35 passes for 199 yards and one touchdown. He was sacked three times and under pressure much of the night. The Giants ended up with only 219 total yards of offense.

Defensively, Janoris Jenkins got the Giants’ first two interceptions of the season.
