EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- As they said he would, New York Giants left tackle Ereck Flowers took part in Friday's practice on a limited basis after missing Thursday's practice with a sprained ankle. Flowers didn't appear to be doing much besides rotating in for some individual drills in the portion of the practice open to the media, and it's too early to know for sure whether he will be available for Monday night's game in his hometown of Miami.
Right tackle Marshall Newhouse who missed Sunday's loss to the Jets with a back injury, was practicing and said afterward that he was feeling much better.
