EAST RUTHERFORD -- John Mara thinks Deflategate II is nothing more than hot air.
The Giants' president and CEO said Wednesday the kerfuffle over his team discovering the Steelers playing with under-inflated footballs during their Dec. 4 game in Pittsburgh is "much ado about nothing."
Mara made his comments while attending league meetings in Irving, Texas, and Steelers president Art Rooney added that "I agree with John," and both sides have stressed the fact the Giants never filed a formal grievance with the league ever since FOX's Jay Glazer first reported the incident last Sunday.
