The Giants' general manager search has begun in full.
The team conducted its first interview on Monday, meeting with in-house candidate Marc Ross, the current vice president of player evaluation and draft boss. Ross interviewed with team president and CEO John Mara and former Giants general manager Ernie Accorsi, who is consulting the team on its search.
Ross, 44, is in his 11th season with the team and his fifth in his current role. Ross previously served as the team's director of college scouting. The former Princeton standout started his career as a public relations intern with the Giants in 1995.
