This was the third game this season in which the Giants failed to score a touchdown, even though they had the ball inside the Browns’ 10 twice in the first half. There were a few chances for touchdowns, including a pair of passes for Evan Engram, one that sailed high and one that floated a bit too much, allowing a defender to close in on the open tight end. There also was a pass behind Darius Slayton in the end zone in which the receiver slipped to the ground and was unable to come back for the ball.
