Giants defensive lineman Cullen Jenkins tackled some Q&A with Post columnist Steve Serby.
Q: What drives you?
A: Competitiveness. Doubters. The road that I’ve had to take to come in. I wasn’t supposed to do what I’ve done and what I’m currently doing, so I’m just always up for a challenge. And anytime people tell me I can’t do something, or they talk about you, I’m not good or I’m not this, it pushes me even more.
Q: Describe your on-field mentality.
A: I usually hit a switch and kind of become a lot more intense, a lot more chippy, fiery, competitive.
