While the New York Giants are figuring out their own quarterback situation, half an hour away, the New York Jets might be scrambling to do the same when they previously didn't think they'd have to. The Jets signed Justin Fields this offseason to be their starter but unfortunately, Fields was injured during Thursday morning's practice.
What does this have to do with the Giants, one might wonder? Well, with Fields potentially out for an extended period of time (Jets head coach Aaron Glenn has reported that it's a toe injury but doesn't know the severity yet), the Jets might be forced to look for another quarterback option alongside Tyrod Taylor.
