Giants can’t shake grim NFC East outlook despite major upgrades

Entering the 2025 season, the New York Giants are desperate to rebound after their disastrous 2024 campaign, one that saw them finish a franchise-worst 3-14 and drop 10 straight games to close out the year.

The front office made plenty of moves this offseason to change that narrative. New York signed two veteran quarterbacks, upgraded the secondary, and used its first-round picks on Abdul Carter and Jaxson Dart, hoping those additions would be key pieces in turning the franchise around.

On paper, Big Blue looks improved. But despite the offseason overhaul, are the Giants still the favorites to finish in the NFC East basement for a second straight year?
