Giants bring back useful tight end Scott Simonson

The NFL offseason is not all about the big moves involving big money and marquee players. More often, it is about the small moves involving players who make up the middle and back end of the roster. Simonson, 26, is a local product, from Middletown (N.J.) High School South. He played in all 16 games last season, starting four times, and finished with nine receptions for 86 yards and his first NFL touchdown, Dec.
