Embattled WFAN host Craig Carton referenced "an endless stream of vitriol being hurled my way" in his first public comments since being arrested by the feds for allegedly helping run a fake ticket racket.
Geno Smith has thrown another log on that fire.
The Giants' backup quarterback took a whale of a thinly-veiled shot at Carton's legal issues Tuesday on Twitter, firing back at what he seems to perceive as unfair criticism from Carton during Smith's four tumultuous years as a Jet.
"Same guy who was calling me a thug on some lame radio station," Smith wrote, "was running a Ponzi scheme?
