So it goes with Bobby Hart, a Giants castoff who signed Wednesday with the Bengals.
When Dave Gettleman took over as general manager, one of his first moves was to part ways with Hart, waiving him injured before the final game of the season. The Giants officially waived Hart off injured reserve last week and he landed with the Bengals, adding a player who is only 23 years old, started 20 games the past two seasons and was ultimately viewed by the Giants as a poor player with a bad attitude.
