If there's one thing you know about Jaxson Dart, it's that he doesn't mind taking a hit. The New York Giants' rookie quarterback has looked fantastic through the first four starts of his NFL career, but some of that has been overshadowed by his unwillingness to slide to avoid contact.
The first-round pick out of Ole Miss has now suffered minor injuries in three of his four starts, and Big Blue's heartbreaking 33-32 loss to the Broncos was the latest instance of that. And that's what led to former NFL quarterback-turned-ESPN analyst Alex Smith saying Dart needs to stop playing "recess ball".
