Former New York Giants defensive end Gary Jeter has passed away at the age of 61. His cause of death is unknown right now.
Jeter’s former teammate Beasley Reece was shocked by the news.
“This is the worst possible news,” a shaken and sobbing Reece said, via the NY Daily News. “This is a great loss for the Giants. We lost one of the good guys. A quality guy. A giant of a man who could not have been nicer. (Him dying at 61) defies all reason.
“He was a gentleman. This will be difficult to get over.
