Odell Beckham Jr. is gone. Ben McAdoo is gone. Ereck Flowers is gone.
The one constant that is still here running the show, is Eli Manning. Many have questioned why that is, as it seems to them like Eli has been the consistent force in the Giants’ offensive struggles. Let’s not forget that in an era of unprecedented offensive output, the Ben McAdoo led Giants somehow failed to even score 30 points in a game once (in a span of almost two seasons).
The results were not much better in Pat Shurmur’s first year, as the team was still only a middling offense, despite possessing what many felt was the best collection of skill position players in the entire league (prior to injuries).
