This week, New York Giants beat writer Jordan Raanan compiled thoughts from scribes who cover the other three NFC East teams. For ESPN, John Keim covers the Washington Redskins, Tim McManus analyzes the Philadelphia Eagles and Todd Archer follows the Dallas Cowboys.
The question was: “Will New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning have a bounce-back year or was last season the beginning of his decline?”

Not surprisingly, there was not anything remotely resembling consensus on the subject. With the retirement of Tony Romo, Manning becomes the elder statesman of the division.
