According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, a Home Depot employee perished in an accident on Tuesday.
“There was an accident that resulted in the death of a young guy,” the sheriff’s office said. The collision occurred at the store at Fleming Island’s Fleming Plaza, which is along County Road 220.
The sheriff’s office has not provided any more information. The incident report has been requested by Action News Jax, but the sheriff’s office will be closed for Veterans Day until Thursday. On Friday, we hope to have additional information.
