NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) — Late last month, “Entourage” creator Doug Ellin claimed that Eli Manning stood his show up some years ago, and he’s still not happy about it.
Ellin told Yahoo Sports’ Graham Bensinger that, during the show’s run, the Giants’ quarterback reached out to him personally about wanting to appear on the show. Ellin proceeded to write the two-time Super Bowl MVP into a scene, he told the website, and sent in the script.
But he never heard back from Big Blue’s signal caller despite calling him repeatedly.
“I was going crazy,” Ellin told Yahoo Sports.
