New York Giants cornerback Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie was sad to see his team cut his friend Damontre Moore last week after he got into a fight with Cullen Jenkins over headphones.
DRC explained that he used to be just like Moore earlier in his career and believes that one day he’ll also grow up and change as he adapts to the NFL life.
“That’s my guy,” Rodgers-Cromartie said late Monday night, via ESPN.com. “I feel that, because I was that player. I was that guy, young, early in my career, didn’t always know the right way to act, didn’t want to hear it when people told me to stop.
