Deadspin published the New York Giants version of “Why your team sucks” on Tuesday. It’s an annual event that highlights the worst aspects of your favorite team. Ironically, however, many of the things said about McAdoo last season were true. These truisms made the piece funnier than it would have been under former coach Tom Coughlin.
Too bad Deadspin wasn’t around during the Ray Handley years…
In reality, this year’s parody was an amalgamation of low-lying 2017 vintage fruit successfully harvested by the author, Drew Magary. Remember, this guy has the benefit of not only making fun of McAdoo, but Eli Manning, Pat Shurmur and Eli Apple make for easy targets as well.
