After turning down the New York Giants’ offer to remain their offensive line coaching head into next season, Dave DeGuglielmo has taken a new job as Louisiana Tech’s offensive line coach.
It sounds like DeGuglielmo’s history with La Tech. head coach Skip Holtz, which is why he decided to work under him. Here’s what the New Star:
Tech coach Skip Holtz and DeGuglielmo have a history together, sharing the sideline on two separate occasions at UConn, where Holtz hired DeGuglielmo as OL coach from 1997-98, and at South Carolina under Skip’s father and Hall of Fame coach Lou Holtz from 1999-2003.
