Daniel Jones’ agents went to ‘absurd’ lengths to get contract from Giants

There are many New York Giants’ fans who still believe the four-year, $160 million contract the team gave Daniel Jones before the 2023 season was absurd. Now, one of the agents who represented Jones in those negotiations admitted Athletes First went to “absurd” lengths to get that deal for the former Giants’ quarterback.

A.J. Stevens of Athletes First said on the ‘NFL Spotlight with Ari Meirov’ podcast that the Jones’ could be the “most memorable” contract he has ever been involved in.

Stevens told Meirov he built “a 42-page manifesto I think the Giants called it that gave a history of the quarterback position since 2010-ish and eventually a proposal.
