The Giants presented Daniel Fells with the game ball from Sunday night's win at the team's Monday morning meeting -- via Skype.
Fells remains hospitalized as he fights to recover from a MRSA infection in his foot, and the Giants dedicated the game against the 49ers to him.
"Everybody was able to cheer him on and try to make him feel better," Tom Coughlin said of the tight end who was placed on injured reserve. "He was very nice in saying that he watched the game and he was very proud of the way that we finished it.
