Former NFL quarterback Colin Kaepernick is still out of the league, but his protest against police brutality and racial injustice continues to be one of the biggest stories in sports. The divisive issue took another turn over the weekend when Nike announced it had made Kaepernick the face of an advertising campaign honoring the 30th anniversary of the slogan "Just Do it."
The sports behemoth, which makes the uniforms every NFL player wears along with official apparel, will sell new Kaepernick clothing, including shoes and T-shirts, while also donating to his "Know Your Rights" campaign.
