The focus in the metropolitan area has mainly been the New York Giants taking Ohio State’s Dwayne Haskins with the No. 6 overall pick. In some circles, Haskins gets anointed as the top QB prospect in this draft.
If that’s truly the case, then chances become very good that Haskins gets scooped up before he gets to Big Blue’s selection. Overall, the year’s quarterback class does not seem to compare to the class of 2018, and because of last year’s additions, less teams are in the QB market.
But the market will still be competitive.
