Dave Gettleman, General Manager of the New York Giants, has made an obvious effort to add size and depth to the defensive line. The Giants were 27th against the run in 2017, despite having one of the best run stoppers in the league in Damon Harrison. One of the biggest issues of last season was depth on the defensive line, forcing the starters to play nearly every snap. Gettleman will not let that happen this season.
