We have spent a lot of time this off-season discussing the candidates for the one, and maybe two, backup safety spots the New York Giants appear to have up for grabs entering the 2017 NFL season.
Perhaps the longest shot in the field competing for one of those spots is Trey Robinson, a 6-foot-1, 203-pound undrafted free agent from Furman who was signed after impressing during a rookie mini-camp tryout.
