Because of the amount of attention paid to free agency and the NFL Draft in the offseason, rookies and veterans dominate the headlines.

But the Giants have an overlooked section of young talent entering 2018: Too experienced to qualify as rookies, too young to reach free agency.

Here are nine young players who could take the next step forward for the Giants, a possible last gift from former general manager Jerry Reese. To qualify, players had to have 1-3 years of experience and be age 24 or younger.
