I’m OK with the idea that any draw on the road in MLS is a good result. And if a road draw is a positive, a road draw at FC Dallas is practically a win. And tonight at Toyota Stadium, Tommy McNamara brought New York City FC back from a goal down to walk away with an even split, 1-1.
It was just the second time this year that Dallas, still undefeated in 2017, didn’t take all three points in the friendly confines of Frisco.
