U.S. Women’s National Team head coach Vlatko Andonovski named three Gotham FC starters to the 23-player roster for the April international break, when the Americans will play two friendly matches against Uzbekistan.
Andonovski invited defender Imani Dorsey, midfielder Kirstie Mewis, and forward Margaret “Midge” Purce to the USWNT training camp.
Dorsey has just one cap for the USWNT. The 26-year-old Maryland native has played with Gotham for her entire professional career, joining the club in 2018 when it was known as Sky Blue FC.
Mewis has 36 caps, and Purce has 12.
