NYCFC's new forward, who has come on late in the last two games against Montreal Impact and Minnesota United, will be making his first start for the Boys in Blue on the road in D.C.
This is also the first time NYCFC's front line has featured Héber, Alexandru Mitriu021bu0103, and Maxi Moralez since the Brazilians arrival.
