Spain's quest to qualify for the 2010 World Cup began in way back in September 2008. Just a few months less than a decade ago, they opened their UEFA Group 5 campaign against Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Villa scored the lone goal in a 1-0 victory for La Furia Roja.
