New York City FC being denied use of their training ground for home games and instead being placed in Red Bull Arena — home to rivals the New York Red Bulls — has definitely caused a bit of a stir among the the club’s fan base. Further complicating matters is Toronto FC reportedly being slated to call RBA home as well for the time being.
But that may not be it, either.
Today, Clint O’Neil — a contributor to TSN in Canada — is reporting that the Montreal Impact could be temporarily relocating to Red Bull Arena as well, creating a mini Northeast bubble as most MLS clubs return to their home markets.
