This week in Pirlo’s corner, Andrea added his 5th assist of the season against Columbus, attended a Yankee’s game, and prepares for Saturday’s match against the LA Galaxy.
Andrea’s free kick in the 41st minute against Columbus ricocheted off the post and was finished off by Frank Lampard, giving NYCFC a 1-0 advantage.
In the 83rd minute, it was Andrea’s beautiful lob pass to David Villa that provided the equalizer for NYCFC late in the match.
