There were many takeaways from New York City FC‘s last match agains the Columbus Crew. Most of them are not good as the team dropped the match 3-2 and have yet to find a win since the season opener. The boys in blue were looking to bounce back from a less than stellar four game home stand where they managed to grab a mere two points.
Patrick Vieira‘s squad was lined-up in a 4-3-3 formation and looked comfortable in a wider field, but still managed to have trouble. Vieira’s boys had trouble mainly in the back as always and were not in that attacking mind set that the supporters wanted.
