With the preseason gone, the 2016 campaign is right around the corner and it’s time to finalize the roster. NYCFC has made over several signings this offseason with the priority to fix their back line, and they continue to do just that
Early Thursday morning, the board decided to bring on defensive right back Shannon Gomez and goalkeeper Andre Rawls. Both were brought on since New York arrived in Puerto Rico and were with the team throughout the preseason.
Gomez, a Trinidad & Tobago senior international player, got to see some crucial minutes for the squad and was signed on a season long loan with the option to purchase him for 2017.
