With Major League Soccer looking to grow as a league, teams have started their own academies over the years. Of course New York City FC is one of those clubs. The key though, is making sure the young talent that you bring in develop into first-team players.
NYCFC sporting director Claudio Reyna talked about the club’s academy on Friday and had nothing but good things to say, according to Blue City Radio.
