The Boys in Blue have returned from their quest for international glory and are ready to get back in the lab to prepare for playoffs.
Before we turn the page from the international break, let’s recap how seven of NYCFC’s finest did abroad.
Alexander Callens
The defender was once again back with the Peruvian national team as they played Uruguay in back-to-back friendlies on October 11 and 15. Callens started both matches off on the bench and remained an option for Ricardo Gareca. Although he didn’t take the pitch, he has consistently been called up to represent his nation.
